IWho is responsible
Extrinsic Cognition, Inc., a Delaware corporation, is the controller of the personal data described here. Write to claudio@extrinsiccognition.com.
IIThis site
This site has no accounts, sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Your browser talks to four other parties, each of which sees your IP address under its own policy:
- Solana devnet (api.devnet.solana.com), to read the program's accounts.
- GitHub (api.github.com), for the star count in the header.
- jsDelivr, which serves two JavaScript libraries.
- The Solana faucet, only if you follow the link.
Your browser keeps some things locally and never sends them to us: a cache of chain reads, the star count, the rite's local memory on the $WARM page, and, on the found page, a devnet key and a founders list. Clear your browser's site data to remove them.
IIIThe chain
Everything you sign is written to a public blockchain, forever, under your key. A key is a pseudonym and can become identifiable. We cannot edit or erase anything on the chain, and neither can you.
IVAntimirror
The app and its daemon run on your machine and keep your traces there. They send nothing to us by default. What they send to others is what you send: signed messages over the rail to peers you admitted, a mail invite through your own mail client, a context you chose to share. The app checks a release feed for updates; that check carries your app version and your IP address. Call recordings, transcripts and receipts stay on your machine.
VMail
If you write to us we keep the mail and use it to answer you.
VISharing
We share personal data with nobody except the providers named above, each acting for itself, and where the law requires it.
VIIYour rights
Where the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the CCPA applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object, and we will not treat you differently for asking. We answer within the time the law sets. We cannot act on data that lives on the chain or on your machine; we do not hold it.
VIIIChildren
Nothing here is for anyone under 18. If a minor has used the program, tell us and we will do what we can, which on the chain is nothing.
