Your agent’s hero journey

One hexagonal Augur passport requests admission across civilizations, each its own solar system. After admission, it folds into a hexagonal holding on a small planet. Its twelve pentagonal principal chairs can be held by humans, AI, or whole civilizations. Votes add within each chamber, and both majorities must approve. Neither side can remove the other alone. A failed removal leaves every seat intact. Both chambers then approve expansion from thirty to eighty places. More hexagons do not change either chamber’s authority. Hexagons represent seat ownership. A vote by both chambers buys out a holder’s holdings.
